Small group sessions

 Due to a change in current Government legislation we are now able to provide bespoke sessions in both Archery, Axe Throwing  and Air Rifle shooting to small groups at our host site at Heath House Farm Garden Centre, Forsbrook Nr Blythe Bridge ST11 9BQ.

We are not at all connected to the business at Heath House Farm.
 We operate as a separate business, providing activity sessions on their property for which we kindly have their permission. 
All contact regarding our sessions should be made directly with Active Aardvark Activities. If you have any issues regarding availabiltiy or wish to book a larger group please contact us further to discuss.

We can also supply multi activity packages for parties , Stags and Hens etc.

Update March 2021
Active Ardvaark has been constantly monitoring the Government's advice regarding lockdown conditions.
We have also been keeping up to date with relevant National sporting bodies advice.
We have completed business relevant training regarding safe working practices for customers and our instructors and updated our risk assesments and procedures as required.
In view of the changes coming into place from Monday 29th March 2021 we are pleased to be able to begin offering activities again; archery, axe throwing and air rifle shooting, whilst fully ensuring the safety of all participants and staff.
This will be a challenging time for us all as we all learn to accomodate the new requirements but we are sure we can all adapt as required.

     How will this work?
  • Groups of up to 5 people will be accepted (Plus Instructor)  - This will be updated as guidelines change.
  • We ask participants not attend if they feel unwell, show signs of Covid-19 or have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case within the last 14 days.
  • We ask participants not to arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot and whilst waiting adhere to 2m social distancing (unless from the same household).
  • Could participants of archery sessions please wear long sleeves for the protective arm guards to go over ; This is to reduce skin contact with safety equipment.
  • The wearing of gloves during the activities for the purposes of infection prevention is not permitted for safety reasons.
  • All usual activity health and safety rules will apply.
  • The waiting areas and activity ranges will take into account the social distancing requirement of 2m and we ask all participants to adhere to this at all times.
  • A hand hygiene station will be available for use and participants will be encouraged to use it.
  • Each person will be allocated the relevant safety equipment and/or sporting equipment as required for the activity, for your sole use. This will be sanitised by us both at the start and finish of each session.
  • We ask that all participants agree and adhere to the 2m Social Distancing rules. This is a condition of attendance  at any activity session provided by Active Aardvark Activities.
  • All participants take part in activities provided by Active Aardvark Actitivies at their own risk.

How to book?
Session times are limited to certain days mostly weekends currently between 10:00 - 16:00 to coincide with the opening times of our  friendly hosts at Heath House Farm Garden Centre but may change in the near future.

This is the only way to book a session at Heath House Farm as it ensures we have all the information we require and the correct information is given to all participants prior to a session.

Payment for the session can be made on the bookings site (Preferred) but payment can also be taken on the day by card or cash.
